Always activities in the clubhouse or at the pool and hot tub. Open grilling in the pool area and the grass outside.

It is located in a good spot for attending BYU and the environment is great. It is a little pricey, but the grounds are well kept and the apartments are nice. They're not the coolest or largest I've seen, but I am comfortable in my space. Make sure nobody makes any food after you've cleaned for cleaning checks. They'll mark you on small things.
