how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

the gist Reviewers say Raintree thrives as a social community with strong amenities—pool, hot tub, gym—and convenient campus shuttle. However, opinions sharply divide on value and management: some praise responsiveness and affordability, while others criticize rising costs, hidden fees, and management practices. Several note maintenance inconsistencies.AI-generated from student reviews

Great, helpful staff, nice clubhouse with a pool table, ping pong table, snacks, pool/hottub, all clean and well maintained. Close to BYU. Fun activities in the clubhouse. Very social.
