I tried to get a town home here. Madison was great and helpful. But when I would call and speak with Paula… it’s like pulling teeth. The final straw was calling after I received my quote from Madison. Paula answered… I wanted to discuss the quote. Paula straight up said, “what’s there to discuss? The quote is the quote. It’s the only townhouse on the market.” Pls note last month another townhome was 300$ cheaper. Clearly this is why I was asking. Do not waste your time. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had a wonderful experience with Madison at The Scenic at Rivereast. She was very kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy—greeted me with a warm smile and truly listened to everything I had to say. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend Maddison and this community! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
