I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience at Accolade at U District. The atmosphere is welcoming, the community is friendly, and everything is always handled with professionalism and care. A special thank you to Odessa, Kendra, Veronica, and Dominic for being super awesome. They consistently go above and beyond, are incredibly helpful, and genuinely make the experience feel personal and positive. Their kindness, responsiveness, and dedication truly stand out. Highly recommend — five stars all the way! ?

The Accolade has been such a great experience. The building is so beautiful and all the amenities really make it stand out. I love spending time in the study areas and rooftop lounge it’s perfect spot to hang out or get work done! The staff are also amazing, everyone is friendly and quick to help out with any question especially Riya at the front desk. She is always so kind and goes above and beyond to help residents. She greets everyone with a smile and always answers any questions I have right away!
