Crestwoods Single Student Housing

how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

the gist Spacious, well-maintained apartments with excellent campus proximity. Steep security deposit deductions and aggressive billing practices are significant drawbacks; parking is also problematic with 2-deep stalls creating frequent blocking. Management responsiveness varies.AI-generated from student reviews

Great apartment close to campus, right next to the Spectrum. Reasonable parking situation and great people.

I posted a review here before but somehow it got deleted. The management here is terrible, and they try to take your money for absolutely everything. I had a bad experience trying to get my washer fixed, in which the property manager was rude and unprofessional. I received very unkind emails from him, and when I posted my first bad review, I got another one as well. Go live somewhere else if you can because they are taking advantage of college students here. ***edit since the owners response**** The reply from the owner just shows how tone deaf they are to the financial needs of their tenants. $680 and is a lot of money for a broke college student, especially during a global pandemic. But if it does seem like such a little amount to them, then I will gladly take a reimbursement. I tried to reach out to the owners multiple times, but the property manager say they were to busy, and he handled everything. The reason I said they take advantage of college students is because the property manager wanted to charge us for his time while completing the repair. Unless I am mistaken, the property manager should be paid for their time by their employers, not by the tenants who need repairs.
