I highly recommend Epoch on Eagle. The property is beautiful with modern, upscale apartments and resort-style amenities. They also host several resident events every month, which really helps create a strong sense of community. The staff is friendly, and the location is convenient to shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
Really impressed with all the apartment options. Great on site support, beautiful pool and exercise area. I particularly like the fact that it has such great security- aside from being across from the Denton police station, the elevators are secured for guests only from the parking lot to the apartment building. Maintenance seems to respond quickly and the management team seems to value safety first. The lobby always smells good, too.
