Overpriced, small SQF apartments in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Newer building(2023) with poorly designed outside access to ground floor amenities; package room is a joke where you're required to search shelves for packages; garbage room chutes by floor are often overflowing and there's no access to dumpsters in the garage for trash or recycling. Garage parking is $275, $300 for plug-in. After I renewed my lease Nov '25, I received repeated notices I hadn't renewed, and since all apt doors are locked/unlocked by FOB(elevators too), mgmt didn't update an app to allow my FOB to work for 48 hours.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my time here. The building was quiet, and the tenants were all very friendly. Hillary, Moss, and Gilbert made me feel so at home and were all so kind. They do a phenomenal job maintaining the property and putting together thoughtful community events for residents-- my personal favorite was the summer picnic on the rooftop. It's a wonderful area; close to the light rail station and Greek Lake. I most certainly miss my time there, and if I'm ever back in Seattle, I'd move there in a heartbeat.
