The water is shut off for leaks or emergencies many times. Building was likely built in '78 so it's to be expected, still inconvenient. Have a water bottle or water tank if you plan to live here. Maintenance is sorely lacking, lack of communication, untimely to deal with mold damage and just letting us live in it while they do nothing.
