the gist Hardy Avenue offers great location and value for student housing, with exceptional property management and owners who genuinely care. However, maintenance in common areas like hallways, elevators, and laundry facilities has declined, creating mixed experiences between compassionate management and property upkeep.AI-generated from student reviews

Great place to live! Right on frat row for students with cheap living expenses for a great experience.

This is the best apartment complex that anyone could stay at here by SDSU. Everyone here is super chill and helpful. Kenneth is one of the best property managers you can ask for since he is always responsive and will resolve any problems (if any) quickly. The owners are also the most kindest people I’ve met who truly care for their tenants.
