Aspen ridge has been a very honest and conscientious company that does a superb job managing all the propertie we’ve had them take care of in Provo. We have had them help us since 2003. So, for 23 years we have impressed with their professionalism and ability to take care of concerns of the tenants and owners. They try to get repairs done in a timely matter. In my opinion, they deserve a medal.
Aspen Ridge Management is the biggest scam for real. If you can find a place that they don't manage definitely do so. They have SO many unnecessary fees tacked on to your monthly rent. I moved out mid way through my contract cleaned my room and living spaces throughly for the new tenant. He had no complaints, but still they have to take $50 out of my deposit for a "refresh" for the apartment. I know they aren't going to that apartment till August hits and they need to do cleaning checks. Not too mention when I first moved into Lone Tree our room was still so gross and dirty with lights out and cob webs on the wall and in the drawers. They take a lot of money from you for "cleaning" yet their apartments are always dirty. Somethings not adding up here.
