She communicates clearly, follows through, and makes sure residents feel supported. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with genuine care the way she does. The apartments are pretty decent and I enjoyed living here, sometimes the office is hard to get a hold of, but the maintenance crew are friendly and nice. Douglass was very nice and helped us repair our kitchen and he made it very easy and quick.
