Been here for over a year. The property manager is so kind and goes out of her way to make sure all resident are ok. I will always recommend KOZ because of the property managers they have. They are fantastic!!!

Jamie was super helpful with my process to rent the apartment, the furniture is very nice, the building seems safe and with double security, good place to live.
