AVOID THIS HELLHOLE AT ALL COSTS. The building is a crumbling disaster—no maintenance ever, trash piles up for weeks, and only 1 out of 3 elevators works (expect 20-minute waits or stair climbs to the 24th floor). Office is always empty, staff ghosts you on emails and calls. Cockroaches throw parties in the kitchen, walls are paper-thin (hear neighbors' every argument and... more), leaks stain ceilings, and the "gym" is a rusted treadmill graveyard. Management? Nonexistent. Save your sanity—live anywhere else.
