Had a great visit today at Joy on 4th! Met with Brendan and Connor in the office…both were extremely welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. You can tell they care about creating a positive environment for everyone who walks through the door. Also had the chance to reconnect with Tim, who I’ve we had just met at another nearby property. He’s a true professional and a real workhorse! balancing multiple communities, staying locked in, and still taking the time to help others. That kind of consistency and leadership doesn’t go unnoticed. The entire team here is doing things the right way, focused, organized, and committed to their residents and operations. We went on a great tour of the building with Tim. The building was super clean and updated and the rooms were very nice. There's a ton of useful amenities but don't sleep on the coffee machine!
