I rented a place for 3 days here from a private owner. Vince Unit 410.
The first 2 days were great, then we were locked out of our place due to a technical error that the management took 7 hours to resolve.
I had to call the police in the end, that was the only way he would do something.
He told me he did everything he could.
Not acceptable, all he had to do was have a key in place with someone or somewhere in the building.
That's common sense.
I asked for a refund for the one night because it was a great inconvenience to us.
He said no he wouldn't do that.
When the vendor I went thru tried to call them ,no one would answer or return calls.
I would think twice about renting here.
