Emma is the worst manager ever … she absolutely has no respect for the tenants here at eagles nest … she won’t even allow me to rent my own apartment just because I help out my daughters mom out with rent and utilities I know I’m not in the lease but it is totally unfair just for that situation that she doesn’t want to lease me my own apartment … I will not bother anymore and I will take my money elsewhere
Ms Jay was sooo incredibly helpful, sweet, professional and informative. She made the process very easy and smooth. She made this usually stressful process actually very simple and easy to go through. She gave me confidence that I was making the right choice and helped me through all the necessary steps.
