Avoid this place I’ve lived in different places in Denton and this is by far the worst management ever.

Stay away, especially if you're an international student! The owner of this place is extremely rude and takes every opportunity to exploit international students, squeezing every cent out of them. These apartments are incredibly old, poorly maintained, and infested with roaches and bugs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
