The ward and social scene was super fun it made it worth the fact that the apartment was kind of falling apart until we got a notification over break that it flooded, they moved the stuff they could salvage to the parking garage, and we had just a few days to find a new place to live before the semester started. Also, when we moved in we had a leaking wall that they took weeks to fix and didn't cut the mold out of after so I think that's why my roommates and I were sick all semester.
