The Colonial House

how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is super close to campus and an easy walk to central activities. My roommates are great. They pair you up with like minded students. The place is a little on the older side but is comfortable and has adequate personal space.

  • Great location
