how these rankings workupdated monthly

These badges come straight from verified reviews on Find My Place, left only by people who’ve actually lived here. Each month we score every place in the market, and the highest-rated earn a spot. Rankings shift as new reviews come in, and we never take payment to move a property up.

My maintenance request was handled perfectly. Lynn responded to it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that it all got efficiently and satisfyingly done. Overall, a great service.

Lynn, the maintenance manager, and Alyssa are truly the best. They are always professional, caring, and consistently willing to help whenever I need assistance. Every time I see Lynn around the property, he greet residents warmly and make everyone feel welcome. He also responds to maintenance requests very quickly, which I really appreciate. I'm truly grateful for everything they do!
